This role is part of the Amazon Business marketing team. Our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. This position focuses on content development and project management across event content, third-party thought leadership, foundational EU marketing assets, and integrated marketing campaigns (IMCs) for assigned verticals.
Success in this role demands strong project coordination skills, writing ability, and experience managing high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders. You will work across event logistics, external publications, and core sales enablement content — making this a highly varied and impact-driven role within the EU Central Marketing team.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and capable of managing complex content timelines while maintaining quality and consistency. This role operates in a highly matrixed organization and requires someone who earns trust through performance, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and can execute across content types without close supervision.
Key job responsibilities
Support content development and project management for verticalized campaigns across four assigned EU verticals, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination with regional marketing partners.
Lead development of gated long-form assets for EU, including partnering with third-party research partners for new research-based whitepapers. Other gated assets will be refreshed, localized from global research produced by the US team, or created net-new based on IMC priorities and content gap analysis.
Lead development of EU customer success stories, working directly with EU field marketing and sales teams to source, develop, and publish case studies. Responsibilities include story development and case study content production.
Create and manage content calendars, assess content gaps, and deliver regular business reviews with key metrics and KPIs for each assigned integrated marketing campaign.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and alignment with broader campaign objectives.
Develop short-form supporting content including blog posts and supplementary assets to extend the reach of gated and customer story programs.
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio or work samples demonstrating long-form content or customer narrative development
- Experience conducting interviews or working directly with customers or sales teams to develop content
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Background in B2B marketing and content strategy
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global marketing organization
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in one additional EU4 language required (Spanish, French, German, or Italian)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure content impact and drive improvements
- Experience developing customer case studies, testimonials, or advocacy content
- Experience producing research-based long-form content in partnership with third-party vendors
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content tools
- Experience collaborating with Field and Growth teams to create and deploy content through strategic marketing motions, showing ownership of content activation and campaign coordination
