Your Mission
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the store’s success by ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and embodying Antony Morato’s values.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience: welcome, engage, and build lasting relationships with clients, placing them at the center of the experience.
Sales focus: support the achievement of sales targets, actively contributing to store performance with a results-oriented approach.
Operational Support: assist with daily store operations, including stock management, product replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
Team work: collaborate closely with the Store Manager and the team to ensure a dynamic, high-performing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, premium, or entry-to-luxury menswear.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage and retain clients.
- A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- A strong passion for the world of fashion and the ambition to grow within the retail industry.
