We are seeking a results-driven SAP Service Management Expert with deep experience on SAP’s standard Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) offering focused on Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI). Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will provide perspectives on leading practices, alternatives and recommendations while also assisting in key functions involving training and on-going client support. You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Additional expertise in traditional Order-to-Cash (SD) will help you round out your profile.
Lead SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) workstreams across all phases of the project lifecycle
Advise clients on how to best leverage the BRIM SOM and CI solution to meet their business objectives and build state-of-the-art solutions
Facilitate business workshops and “show and tell” Conference Room Pilot sessions, demonstrating system functionality, highlighting key insights regarding leading practices while illustrating where business process align
Conduct user story grooming sessions and facilitate requirements gathering, functional and technical design, configuration, prototyping, integration with other applications
Analyze business requirements and blueprint/architect solutions using SAP BRIM that meet the client’s requirements
Create, review and consult team members with the completion of functional designs in the areas of Subscription Contract Creation, Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing/Invoicing, Billable Items Management (BITs), Open Items Management, Master Data
Support developers in delivery and functional issue resolution of contracts, contract changes, allowances and interaction center configuration
Assist in integration of SOM and account management processes into external processes
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development.
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
Post-delivery, assist client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
