The Stage Area Director will oversee all stage-related operations during the event, ensuring smooth execution of presentations, panel discussions, live demonstrations, and speaker transitions. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, managing show flow and cue timing, supervising stage crew, assisting speakers and presenters, and handling real-time troubleshooting during live sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in live event production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced international trade show environment.
1 Exhibition Area Director – Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2027
The Exhibition Area Director will manage daily operations across the exhibition floor, ensuring exhibitor activities, branding, staffing, and visitor flow are properly coordinated. Duties include supervising floor teams, coordinating with exhibitors and vendors, monitoring schedules and operational timelines, resolving onsite concerns, and maintaining overall organization and guest experience within the exhibition area. Candidates should have strong event operations experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously in a high-volume international exhibition setting.
1 VIP Area Director – Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2027
The VIP Area Director will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the VIP hospitality and guest management areas. Responsibilities include supervising VIP staff and hostesses, coordinating guest arrivals and access control, ensuring premium hospitality standards are maintained, liaising with client representatives and special guests, and handling any onsite VIP requests or escalations professionally and discreetly. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and prior experience handling VIP or executive-level event operations in luxury or international event environments.

Pay: 95.00€ - 140.00€ per hour
