We are seeking a Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) to join us at one of our dynamic Global hubs! The GMAL will lead and develop the strategy and lifecycle management of our assets in Lymphoma, particularly Mantle Cell Lymphoma and Diffuse Large B cell lymphoma This position will work closely with Oncology Business Unit (OBU) Medical peers to ensure creation and delivery of an integrated strategy and indication medical plans, ultimately having full responsibility for the Multiple Myeloma assets medical plan.
Working in one of our largest tumor franchises, we are looking for someone who will excel in medical plans creation and execution, build medical evidence generation plans, develop medical affairs capabilities for the medical of the future, bring value to the cross-functional collaborations and be motivated by working with high performing colleagues in an exciting team.
What You'll Do:
Serving as a Hematology strategic leader, accountable for the development and delivery of the global medical tumor strategy, the key tasks of the GMAL include:
Engages cross functionally to gain insight needs, understand the patient journey, and develop a multifaceted tactical plan to deliver, including Advisory boards, KEE 1;1 etc.
Serve as Strategic Lead for Advisory boards including developing a strategic plan for ad boards, shaping the agendas, and working collaboratively to ensure the right stakeholders are included in discussions to seek insights on the changing medical landscapes and evidence generation activities

Advanced Scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD); this position will focus on Lymphoma Preferred 3 years Global/Regional Medical leadership experience or 3+ years in a Senior Leadership Role in a large market
