Responsibilities:
- Supervision of tax compliance activities of Spain and Portugal entities:

Supervision of an accurate filing of tax returns in time and ensuring the execution of Internal Pepsico control on taxes: tax returns of the Spanish and Portuguese legal entities before 7 different tax administrations (VAT, SII, Intrastat, informative declarations intracomunity, annual VAT summary statements, IGIC , SAFT, Ticket bai, SII, sugar tax, plastic tax ...).

Supervision of other Tax compliance procedures before the different administrations: answer to tax requirements, manage tax certificate requests, presentation of non-periodic returns, management and promotion of tax refunds as well as solutions for incidents that may arise before the different administrations.

Manage annual closings of the legal entities in Spain and Portugal ; analysis of the balance sheets and profit and loss accounts of all the entities with a tax perspective in order to do the liquidation of the individual and consolidated income if applicable. Preparation and presentation of the Income tax returns before the different administrations

Provide support in tax Audit processes. Manage the information requests from Federal and Local Tax Authorities.

Transfer pricing:

Assist in the preparation of the Transfer Pricing documentation.

Elaboration of the Transfer Pricing documentation that it is not in the scope of PepsiCo’s external Transfer Pricing advisors.

Work collaboratively with other departments such as Finance and Accounting in the reinforcement of the Transfer Pricing Policies.
Qualifications:
- University Degree on Economics or Law
-
4/5 or more years Expertise in tax compliance

Essential solid SAP expertise
-
Excel Avanzado/ Power Automate /other automation tools
-
Good communication and personal skills.
