Job Description
Talent Leadership in Dynamic Environments: Design and execute Talent Attraction and Retention strategies specifically tailored for a seasonal and high-turnover environment, ensuring the right talent is in place at the right time. You will guarantee operational efficiency and cost balance, focusing on reducing early turnover and turning the onboarding process into a high-impact experience that fosters team loyalty.
Strategic Bridge: Act as the expert who rolls out the organization's HR policies across all geographical locations, ensuring managers receive the necessary support to lead with confidence and agility.
Leadership Architecture 2030: Implement our global strategy to develop middle management capable of leading teams within a changing business model, enhancing their people management skills.
Data-Driven Excellence: Lead the digital transformation of the HR Business Partnering function, utilizing data not just for reporting, but to predict business needs.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Ability to constantly define and optimize processes, ensuring a high-performing HR team. We are looking for someone with a critical mindset who questions the status quo and possesses the proactivity and courage to implement meaningful changes.
Scope: Our workforce consists of approximately 1,200 permanent employees and 400 permanent seasonal employees, located across various locations nationwide.
Nature of the Role: This is a highly visible position with a strong field presence, involving occasional travel to locations outside Madrid to implement policies and ensure operational success.
Flexibility: We understand that excellence requires balance, which is why we operate under a hybrid work model.
Reporting Line: You will report directly to the HR Director for Spain and Portugal.
