With a fast-growing presence across Europe, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale our growth in the Italian market .
You will own the sales strategy and execution for Italy , driving revenue growth while building and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
You’ll play a key role in connecting our product with the market, helping shape our expansion and positioning in Italy.
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy tailored to the Italian market
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives and SDRs
Own the full sales cycle through your team , from pipeline generation to closing
Define targets, track performance, and implement data-driven coaching
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Monitor pipeline, KPIs, and forecasts to continuously optimize performance
Act as the voice of the Italian market internally
Represent Sesame HR at industry events and networking opportunities
3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles , ideally in SaaS or HR tech
Proven track record managing and scaling sales teams (AEs & SDRs)
Strong understanding of the Italian B2B landscape and buying processes
Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style
Experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive decisions
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Native-level Italian and fluent English
Availability to travel within Italy when needed ✈️
