Your role As Onboarding Manager, you'll be a key player in our team. You will create a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our business customers — from first contact to full integration.
Your responsibilities
Customer communication: Build strong relationships through clear and professional dialogue.
Process optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for a seamless onboarding process.
Onboarding: Ensure customers start using our product successfully and that the handover from sales to Account Manager runs smoothly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, IT, and Account Managers to ensure success.

- Basic knowledge of digital payment solutions.
