Job Description
Zuhao Digital Valencia is seeking a dedicated and proactive Técnico de Sistemas (Systems Technician) to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and system performance.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and system-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
- Assist with IT projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT records.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Systems Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking concepts, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications are considered a plus.
