SALES ADVISOR (Spanish and English)
Key responsibilities:

Multichannel Commercial Advisory: Provide in‑person, phone, and email guidance with clear, solution‑oriented communication.
- Inbound Sales: managing incoming inquiries, providing product/service information.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate long‑term, trust‑based relationships, gain a deep understanding of each client’s context, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: managing your own sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow‑ups through to closure.
- Planning and coordinating sales processes and service deliveries.
- Comprehensive Client Support: Accompany clients throughout their entire journey, offering continuous assistance from initial contact to final service completion and beyond.
Requirements:

3 years of experience in sales.
- Native or advanced Spanish and English (frequent interaction with national and international clients).
- Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy.
- Driving license (B) and access to a private vehicle.
Highly Valued:

Training or experience in advisory, training, or specialized service sectors.
- Catalan language skills.
- Sensitivity and empathy when working with clients with specific needs.

- Variable bonus: up to €30,000 gross/year.
Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00h (Wednesday afternoon off).
