Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and technical specifications
- Monitor health and safety compliance on site
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in construction site supervision or site management
- Knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and building standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional level of English required; Spanish is an advantage
- Valid eligibility to work in Spain
