As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest impression of all public spaces within the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure that all spaces are consistently presented according to Hyatt’s luxury standards
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities in public areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special cleaning needs
- Identify maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Handle waste disposal in a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible manner
- Support deep cleaning and special projects as required by the department
- Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Ensure equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition
