I'm looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to help build a company's commercial side from the ground up. This is not a traditional sales role. The right person will be responsible for building and running the business's revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and outreach
- Product demos
- Closing new customers
- Customer onboarding
- Customer success and retention
- Upselling and account growth
- Helping shape commercial strategy and processes
Ideal profile:
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Proactive and self-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, customer success, or sales is a plus
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
Compensation:
- Initial collaboration on a freelance (autónomo) basis
- €1,500/month fixed fee
- Commission on every new customer signed
- Additional commission on customer renewals
- Additional commission tied to customer retention
- Commission on upsells and account expansion
- Monthly bonuses based on MRR growth
- Portfolio-performance bonuses
Realistic earnings for a strong performer are expected to be in the €4,000-€6,000+ per month range once ramped up, with substantially higher upside if the business scales successfully.
Central European Time preferred, although other locations are also possible.
