We are currently looking for a private tour guide to provide exclusive day trips and half-day tours from Madrid. We offer private tours to the following destinations: Avila, Segovia, Toledo, La Mancha and many more.
As part of your responsibilities, you will pick up clients from their hotel in your own spacious car and drive them to their destination. During the journey and throughout the tour, you will provide engaging commentary and share your knowledge of Italian history, culture, and heritage.
We are looking for someone who may not necessarily have formal tour guiding experience, but who already has strong knowledge of these destinations, understands their historical background, and feels confident sharing this information in an engaging and professional way.
Key Requirements
- You have a valid driver’s license and own a spacious, comfortable car suitable for private tours.
- You are an excellent and confident driver, comfortable driving while communicating with guests.
- You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- You are social, enthusiastic, and able to easily connect with individuals or small private groups.
- You already have solid knowledge of the destinations listed above and are passionate about Italian history and culture.
- You are eager to continue learning and deepen your historical knowledge.
- You are able to work as a freelancer and can invoice us properly.
