As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the Production Managers is to deliver the physical production elements of one of our big projects. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are managed at a local level. The role has a key responsibility in building close working relationships with local production partners and their teams. Production Managers are responsible for the load in and load out of the production and are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely and to schedule.
You will:
- Production Planning & Coordination
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned production areas, ensuring alignment with the overall event strategy.
- Translate high-level production plans into actionable timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with Infrastructure & Logistics, Operations, and other departments to ensure integrated planning.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Own relationships with key production suppliers and local partners.
- Ensure all vendors deliver on scope, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Act as escalation point for complex operational or supplier issues.
- Infrastructure & Logistics Oversight
- Oversee the execution of infrastructure and logistics plans within scope, including areas such as: fencing, temporary structures, machinery, transport, and site services.
- Ensure proper coordination of load-in and load-out schedules.
- Collaborate with logistics teams on equipment movement, warehousing, and on-site distribution.
- On-Site Operations Management
- Lead on-site production teams during build-up, live event, and breakdown.
- Ensure all operational plans are executed safely, efficiently, and to standard.
- Act as key point of contact for production topics on-site, coordinating across departments.
- Timeline & Delivery Control
- Own and continuously update detailed production schedules.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and proactively solve delays.
- Ensure all production areas within scope are aligned and delivered on time.
- Budget Ownership & Cost Control
- Manage budgets for assigned production scope.
- Track costs, approve expenses, and ensure financial alignment with the overall budget.
- Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor Production Assistants.
- Ensure clear delegation of responsibilities and strong team communication.
- Drive accountability and performance across the production team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8+ years of experience in large-scale event production or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, logistics, and on-site event operations.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets, and complex timelines.
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
