Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and leveraging AI tools to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing marketing campaigns, troubleshooting technical marketing issues, and optimising performance across multiple channels. You must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and taking ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business growth.
* Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and lead quality.
* Create and oversee marketing content, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media activity.
* Manage lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
* Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
* Implement and manage marketing automation processes.
* Utilise AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, content creation, research, and campaign management.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
* Proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
* Experience with lead generation and conversion optimisation.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve marketing, tracking, campaign, and integration issues.
* Experience troubleshooting Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, analytics tracking, CRM integrations, and marketing automation systems.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
AI Experience (Required)
Candidates must have practical experience using AI tools within a marketing environment.
Examples include:
* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Gemini
* Perplexity
* AI-powered content creation tools
* AI-assisted reporting and analytics tools
* Marketing automation platforms
Applicants should be able to demonstrate how they have used AI to improve productivity, campaign performance, content generation, research, troubleshooting, or operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience
* Agency marketing experience.
* SEO and website optimisation knowledge.
* CRM management experience.
* Email marketing experience.
* Google Ads and Meta certifications.
