Job Description: Junior Financial Controller

Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring the accurate recording and monitoring of financial information.

Support the preparation of financial reporting.

Monitor internal administrative processes (contracts, documentation, filing).

Collaborate in the preparation of documentation for external and internal audits.

Assist in the review and control of accounting accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Participate in the monitoring of financial processes and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Support document management and the updating of information in ERP systems and financial tools.

Collaborate on process improvement and internal control projects within the finance area.

Prepare financial analysis and reports using Excel and internal tools.

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Approximately 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.

High level of English.

Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus).

Analytical and organized profile, with attention to detail and a strong willingness to grow professionally.
