What We’re Looking For
️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
️ Fluent German. Spanish and/or English are a plus.
️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
️ Empathy and patience in different situations
️ Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments
️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools
️ Proactive profile, customer- and goal-oriented
Experience in claims, retention, and/or collections is a plus
