The mission of this role is to drive and contribute to key Talent & Organization initiatives, helping translate business needs into effective people solutions through strong project management, conceptual thinking, analytics and change management.
This role will support the evolution of Mango’s talen t, organization , and culture agenda, contributing to projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes and new ways of working across the company.
Contribute to the design and evolution of frameworks, processes and initiatives focused on high performer development, leadership and top management talent, culture, and broader Talent & Organization transformation topics.
Prepare clear, compelling and high-quality materials for different audiences, including senior leadership , governance bodies and decision-making forums.
4 + years of experience in consulting is required , ideally in projects related to organization, transformation, culture, change management or people strategy.
