To support this growth, we’re hiring a talented Account Executive – Spain & International Inbound to develop the Spanish market, close key accounts, and manage selected English-speaking inbound opportunities across international markets.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, your primary mission will be to develop RentalReady’s commercial presence in Spain.
You will be responsible for building pipeline, running product demos, managing the full sales cycle, developing local partnerships, and becoming one of the faces of RentalReady in the Spanish short-term rental ecosystem.
In addition, you will handle selected English-speaking inbound opportunities across international markets, depending on the company’s commercial organization and team structure.
This role is not designed to permanently own all international markets. Spain is the core territory. English-speaking opportunities will be part of the role initially, but may be redistributed as RentalReady continues to grow and structure its sales team by market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
Conduct tailored product demonstrations for Spanish property managers and English-speaking prospects.
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing.
Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers in short-term rental businesses.
Create and negotiate commercial proposals adapted to each prospect’s needs and business model.
Maintain a structured and accurate pipeline in HubSpot, with clear forecasting and follow-up discipline.
Spain Market Development
Actively develop the Spanish market by identifying priority regions, segments, prospects, and partners.
Build your local network within the Spanish short-term rental ecosystem.
Represent RentalReady at local and international industry events, trade shows, and roadshows.
Contribute to RentalReady’s visibility and credibility in Spain through events, partnerships, and market presence.
Share insights on Spanish market trends, competitors, objections, and product expectations.
International Inbound
Manage selected English-speaking inbound opportunities across international markets.
Run high-quality demos and sales conversations in English.
Support RentalReady’s ability to convert international opportunities while the team continues to scale.
Collaborate with management to ensure clear prioritization between Spain development and international inbound activity.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with SDRs to improve qualification, demo conversion, and closing rates.
Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams to improve positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with the wider sales team to continuously improve sales processes, discovery, demos, and objection handling.
What You Need to Succeed
Native Spanish speaker.
Fluent or near-native English speaker, fully comfortable running demos, negotiations, and executive-level conversations in English.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally closing mid-market or complex deals.
Experience in short-term rental, property management, travel tech, hospitality tech, or PropTech is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.
Ability to build trust quickly with founders, CEOs, and operational leaders.
Autonomous, proactive, and motivated by ownership and results.
Comfortable working with a CRM such as HubSpot.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner meetings, and industry events.
Excited by scale-up environments where impact is visible and fast.
