Job Overview
Airway Connect SL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aviation Coordinator to support daily aviation operations and ensure smooth coordination between flight operations, ground services, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high service standards within the aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily aviation and flight-related operations
- Liaise with pilots, ground handling teams, airport authorities, and service providers
- Assist in scheduling flights, crew arrangements, and operational logistics
- Monitor flight schedules, operational updates, and service requests
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Coordinate passenger services, cargo handling, and support activities when required
- Handle communication related to operational delays, schedule changes, and emergencies
- Support vendor coordination and operational planning activities
- Maintain accurate tracking of aviation operational data and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in aviation operations, airline coordination, airport services, or logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and airport operational procedures
- Experience with aviation management or flight scheduling systems
- Knowledge of ground handling coordination and passenger services
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)
