About the Role
Tibcam Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management responsibilities, making it ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys mentoring developers while contributing directly to architecture and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical solutions.
- Oversee software architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring high system performance and reliability.
- Support Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud services, APIs, and database design.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling software platforms and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
