What we look for?
We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer / Data (Document AI) profile, able to bridge data science and IT operations, and capable of contributing to end-to-end delivery of AI-powered document processing capabilities in a production-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI applications focused on document processing and document intelligence.
- Implement AI and machine learning models using Python, including NLP, OCR, embeddings, text classification, similarity analysis and information extraction.
- Build and maintain APIs related to AI/ML capabilities.
- Deploy, maintain and monitor productive AI applications, including Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, Sonar, Fortify or similar tools.
- Apply testing practices using frameworks such as Pytest.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, CTOs and technical teams to deliver robust AI solutions.
Mandatory requirements:
- Around 4 years of experience developing and maintaining productive applications with AI components.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes and deployment of production applications.
- Experience creating APIs related to AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with code quality, security and testing tools, including Pytest, Sonar and Fortify or similar.
- Practical knowledge of NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, text classification and text similarity.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLMOps frameworks or patterns, including LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP or agent-based architectures.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, such as sentiment analysis, text classification, outlier detection or similarity analysis.
- Hands-on experience with OCR and document processing use cases.
Optional experience
- Design and implement ETL processes using Python and Spark.
- Work with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M where relevant.
- Experience building ETLs with Python and Spark.
