Join Our Team as an Operations Administration Agent – Support Seamless Operations Every Day!
Are you passionate about organization, documentation, and supporting operational excellence? We are looking for a dedicated Operations Administration Agent to join our Operations Support team within the broader Operations function. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a tangible impact through efficient administrative support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Station Management Team.
- Manage and maintain operational documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle claims-related processes, including data entry, tracking, and resolution support.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reconciliations.
- Perform entry-level clerical and specialized support tasks to facilitate efficient operational workflows.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the team by managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve administrative issues and ensure the smooth running of office or field operations.

Ideal Experience

- Familiarity with office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry systems.
Vocational training or equivalent experience; a university degree is not required.
