Your Mission
As part of the Operations team, you will support the day-to-day management of Last Mile operations, helping to ensure efficient service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
From day one, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to solving real operational challenges, and gain valuable exposure to logistics, customer operations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and follow up on operational tickets and incidents related to Last Mile activities.

Support the Last Mile Coordinator in the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operations.

Handle customer-related operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to resolve incidents and maintain service levels.

Assist in monitoring operational KPIs and service performance metrics.

Prepare, update, and maintain operational reports and tracking documentation.

Provide administrative support to the Operations department.

Collaborate with the People & Culture (HR) team on internal coordination and administrative tasks when required.

Contribute ideas and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and processes.
