ABOUT THE JOB
You will be part of our Business Operations team, working closely with and sitting alongside our Sales team. In this role, you will act as a key coordination and support function across the organisation. You will handle a wide range of tasks and challenges, ensure smooth day-to-day operations through administrative support, and serve as a natural point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders across Commercial, Compliance, Finance, and Logistics. As a NoriDane Trainee, you will join a fast-growing company in a dynamic and international environment, where collaboration, responsibility, and operational excellence are key.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create reports and analyse data for our commercial team
- Assist logistics department with documents instructions, invoices and loading schedules
- Be the contact person for our international business partners
- Monitor customers and supplier payments
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and outstanding debts
- Answer questionnaires and provide necessary company information to customer and suppliers
- Coordinate with our finance department in regards payments, invoices and credit notes
- Assist on inventory control
- Work closely with leaders to improve procedures and processes
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who has:
- High level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great communication, with the ability to learn quickly and build strong relationships
- A structured and detail-oriented approach
- A proactive mindset with a positive attitud
