The skills and experience we are looking for are:

University degree in land surveying technology, cartography (Technician/Bachelor/Master).

At least 2 years of experience as a survey engineer and survey technician in international industrial construction projects, superstructure and industrial projects, proficiency in the use of Robotic Total Station and GPS, and aptitude for teamwork. Proficiency in Autocad, Autocad 3D Civil, and Office programs.

Proven success in organization and teamwork, contributing in a team-oriented environment.

Self-directed, disciplined and well-organized.

Excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of surveying, mapmaking and surveying methods, principles and applications.

Intermediate or good level of English or proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken).

Good communication skills and high motivation.

Holding a valid work permit in Spain
Job Description:

Interacting with surveyors, civil engineers, and project managers to develop detailed design documentation.

Preparing reports on previous site records, legal definitions, survey records, and on-site measured data, and coordinating with project teams.

Measuring the site to gather information and precise measurements about topographic features.

Using surveying instruments such as total stations, builder levels, robotics, and GPS (global positioning systems) to accurately measure distances.

Creating digital maps and reports using GIS (geographic information systems) technology.

Informing clients, architects, and construction managers about site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary lines. Conducting site layout studies, overseeing post-construction condition checks, and establishing reference points.
