PROYJECT MANAGER

Horta Coslada is looking to immediately hire a Project Manager for Metal Structures for our office in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid) or Arteixo (A Coruña).
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the commercial, technical and production management of the projects assigned to you, with the following duties:
- Commercial management of the contract and direct relationship with the client, including the negotiation of modifications and contradictory prices.
- Technical management, including coordination with engineering and process optimisation.
- Production management, including the planning and coordination of on-site work with our own and subcontracted resources.
- Ensuring compliance with the required deadline, budget and quality.
- Preparation of certifications and financial closure of projects.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in an industrial or construction company.
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge and experience in metal structures.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in BIM modelling with Tekla Structures software.
