5+ years of experience in product management involving cross-functional leadership and ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle.
Experience in the payments, card issuing, or financial services domain particularly in card payment processing, transaction systems, or payment infrastructure.
Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and regulated settings.
Strategic product thinking: Ability to independently identify high-impact problems and formulate strategic initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments.
Strong commercial acumen: You understand and can articulate how product decisions affect domain-level and company-wide KPIs, linking them back to the broader business strategy.
