Cable Puller / Installation Technician — Costa del SolMTL Smart Solutions is hiring cable pullers and installation technicians across the southern Costa del Sol — Estepona, Manilva, Marbella, and Sotogrande.
Who we are:
We're a premium infrastructure company specialising in WiFi, networking, CCTV, and smart home installations for high-end residential properties and developers.
What you'll be doing:
- Pulling and routing Cat6, and HDMI cable through residential villas and new-build developments
- Installing containment, trunking, and cable trays
- Assisting senior engineers with terminations and equipment rack builds
- Working on luxury residential sites — clean, professional standards required
What we're looking for:
- Experience in structured cabling, AV, or telecoms installation
- Comfortable with heights / ladders
- Comfortable working in villas, apartments, and under-construction sites
- Own transport preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good communicator
- English or Spanish speaker welcome

- Day rate or employed contract (negotiable based on experience)

Quiénes somos:
Empresa especializada en infraestructuras premium: WiFi, redes, CCTV y domótica para propiedades residenciales de alto nivel y promotores inmobiliarios.
Funciones:
- Tirada y canalización de cable Cat6A, coaxial y HDMI en villas residenciales y obra nueva
- Instalación de canaletas, bandejas y tubería
- Apoyo a ingenieros senior en terminaciones y montaje de racks
- Trabajo en viviendas de lujo — se requieren estándares profesionales
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en cableado estructurado, AV, telecomunicaciones o instalaciones eléctricas
- Comodidad trabajando en villas, apartamentos y obra
- Vehículo propio valorado
- Persona fiable, responsable y con buena actitud
- Se aceptan candidatos en español o inglés
Ofrecemos:
- Tarifa diaria o contrato por cuenta ajena (negociable según experiencia)
