Your Role: as Controller in the Healthcare Transformation, Data & Processes team, you will support the Senior Controller in operational and strategic controlling activities related to both operational and strategic controlling activities related to IT and take full responsibility of some of the HC Enabling functions. At the same time, you will take ownership of selected master data and structural topics, helping to ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across relevant processes. In this role, you will contribute both to financial steering and to the continuous improvement of core data foundations that enable effective decision making.
Who You Are:

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.

You have a minimum of experience of 8 years and strong academic grounding in Controlling, Finance, or data-related areas.

You work in a structured, analytical way and are confident handling financial data, variance analyses, and reporting tasks.

You have an affinity for systems, digital tools, and process improvement, and are comfortable working with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or reporting tools such as BW.

You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.

You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and are eager to develop your skills in a collaborative, international environment.

You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
