Customer Success Representative (German or French Speaker)
We are looking for customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented Customer Success Representatives to join our international team in Barcelona.
As a member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences to both our consumers and business partners across Europe. Depending on your language skills, experience, and business needs, you may support either our B2C customers or our B2B dealer network.
You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellent service, smooth order execution, effective problem resolution, and strong customer relationships. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of Customer Success, including customer support, dealer management, order operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will DoCustomer & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional service to consumers and/or business partners across EMEA.
- Build strong relationships through professional and proactive communication.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Customer Support & Problem Solving
- Manage customer requests through multiple communication channels.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and operational issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the customer journey.
- Handle returns, warranties, claims, and escalations when required.
Order Management & Operations
- Process and validate customer and dealer orders.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Support on-time and in-full delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain customer databases and documentation.
- Analyze operational data and contribute to process improvements.
- Monitor service quality and support KPI achievement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- Support commercial objectives through excellent service execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple European markets.
We Are Looking For 2 Roles!
- Fluency in English and German
- or Fluency in English and French.

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B customer management or dealer support.
- Experience in B2C customer support environments.
- Knowledge of order management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, sports, or outdoor industries.
- Passion for sports, cycling, outdoor activities, and active lifestyles.
