The Digital Product Manager ensures a deep understanding of key user-facing products such as the VARG app and e-commerce platform by engaging with external stakeholders and collaborating across internal teams. This role is pivotal in structuring projects and features, gathering diverse inputs, and making informed product decisions to drive smooth development and efficient workflows.

Actively shape the product vision by introducing new initiatives and features.
Challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, with proposals quickly approved by management.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and IT product oversight.
Strong strategic mindset with a solid technical understanding to effectively liaise with IT development teams.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Proactive attitude with a drive for innovation and process improvement.
