Job Overview
Cronservices SL is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Spain. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain reliable and secure IT systems to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
- Support users with Microsoft 365, email systems, and remote access tools
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including network devices and system performance
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Perform system updates, backups, and security checks
- Document support activities, technical issues, and resolutions
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with routers, switches, printers, and remote support tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or similar are an advantage
- Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity, or virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT documentation processes
- Spanish and English language skills are preferred
