Requirements:

Planning, organization, and prioritization of assigned work capacity in terms of manpower, technical quality, and overall cost in O&G projects.
Proactive ability to lead team development under pressure, with limited resources and tight deadlines.
Project management experience.
High English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Principal duties

Assign responsibilities, duties, and objectives to assigned personnel, ensuring the appropriate technical level is achieved.
Receive and provide information to discipline teams and other disciplines, ensuring systematic, continuous, and timely flow of interdisciplinary information.
Channel and follow up on questions and concerns that may arise from different departments, partners, and clients related to the area under responsibility.
Ensure that all documents and drawings generated within the project corresponding to the discipline area are consistent and comply with the established quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Provide weekly progress updates to the Project Discipline Lead regarding activities within the specialty, identifying any activities that may impact project development.
