Key Responsibilities
- Guest experience: Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival ad make time to interact effectively with guests.
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures under the supervision of the Front Office team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services.Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services.
- Manage reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.
- Support the coordination of guests’ special requests with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Guest Experience, etc.).
- Being pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both guests and colleagues where possible
- Assist with Front Office administrative tasks, including preparing reports, filing documentation, and following up on guest incidents and requests.
- Health Safety & Security: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
- Familiarise yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and/or English.
- Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
