We're looking for a SharePoint Engineer to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will support the migration of SharePoint 2016 on-premise environments to SharePoint Online, including sites, subsites, customizations and Nintex workflows. You will work closely with client teams to ensure a smooth transition while optimizing the new platform for usability, governance and maintainability. This role requires an expert understanding of SharePoint Online, Azure infrastructure and the ability to operate in an international, culturally diverse environment.
Responsibilities

Migrate SharePoint 2016 on-premise sites and subsites to SharePoint Online
- Ensure migration of customizations and workflows while maintaining functional equivalence
- Configure and optimize SharePoint Online environments for scalability and governance
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with Azure services as required
- Troubleshoot technical issues during migration and post-migration phases
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and address business needs
- Provide guidance on best practices for SharePoint Online and related ecosystems
- Assist in documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term platform sustainability
Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, configuration and migration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and its integration with SharePoint
- Solid understanding of workflows and customizations, including Nintex solutions
- Familiarity with governance, compliance and security considerations in Microsoft ecosystems
- Ability to operate in multicultural, international environments
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
