Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tourism-related projects and partnership activities
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, hospitality providers, and local organizations
- Develop and implement tourism service strategies
- Monitor operational performance and customer satisfaction standards
- Prepare reports, budgets, and activity plans
- Support promotional campaigns and event coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in tourism management, hospitality, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working with clients, vendors, and external partners
- Professional level of English required; Spanish is highly preferred
- Knowledge of tourism industry operations and customer service standards
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
