Sales Enablement Intern | Commercial Operations | Based in Barcelona
You will own the enablement and content layer that connects Market Intelligence to Sales action. You will produce the briefings, deal recaps, and success stories that support Sales, and you will run pre-event intelligence on the marketing events we attend throughout the year.
Beyond content, you will support the foundation of our enablement function: analysing trends, insights, and performance across the commercial teams, and turning those findings into best practices that get shared across Sales, BDRs and Marketing. This is a writing-heavy, analytical role at the intersection of Sales Enablement, Market Intelligence, and AI-powered content.
What you will work on

Producing internal deal recaps end-to-end: researching closed deals, drafting with AI tools, managing leadership sign-off, and distributing to commercial teams

Building and curating client success case repositories

Refining and maintaining sales playbooks with updated content

Building the foundation of our enablement function: analysing trends, insights, and performance across commercial teams, and surfacing what is working

Capturing and sharing best practices across commercial teams, turning what top performers do into resources the whole team can use

Supporting the build and pilot of internal AI-powered enablement tools for Sales, including discovery prep and quality checks, as well as internal newsletters.

Building and maintaining documentation across every initiative

Partnering with stakeholders across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to make sure content and insights actually get used
The setup
You will be based in our Barcelona office, working within the Commercial Operations team. You will have real ownership of the projects you take on, with direct mentorship from the team manager and visibility into how a scaling fintech connects intelligence to commercial action.
Who you are
You are keen to understand commercial processes and how B2B SaaS sales environments work. You are comfortable producing content with AI tools and know how to iterate prompts to get quality output. You can read sales/commercial performance data and pull out the patterns that matter.
You do not need to arrive as an expert. You need to be someone who writes well, thinks analytically, and takes ownership of what they touch.
Concretely:

Background in Business, Sales, Fintech, Economics, International Business, or a related field

Comfortable producing and refining content using AI tools

Detail-oriented and process-driven with an analytical mindset

Curious about B2B sales, GTM strategy, and account-based marketing

Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus

Currently enrolled at a university or institution that can sign a 6-month internship agreement on your behalf
