You will lead the Retail Training team, reporting directly to the Global Retail People & Organization Director, and your global mission will be to coordinate, lead, develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor training plans, materials, and programs based on the organization's needs and, specifically, our stores.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE?
- Lead the Retail Training team.
- Create training content and develop courses and materials.
- Create and monitor training plans and programs for store employees, identifying and analyzing needs.
- Coordinate the entire in-store training roadmap with different stakeholders according to store needs and timings.
- Develop new programs and modify existing ones to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the entire Retail and People Retail structure to identify needs and design programs tailored to them.
- Implement developed programs on the field to transfer all knowledge to store teams.
- Adjust all training content to store needs, defining times and deadlines appropriately.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments when necessary to maximize impact.
