Key responsibilities:
- Shipment Coordination / Documentation & Compliance / Process support
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuity
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices.
- Verifying shipment data, cargo acceptance and warehouse processes
- Acting as the point of contact for customers and suppliers in day-to-day business regarding dispatch queries
- Processing returns and import shipments
- Coordinate cross‑departmental processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Investigate operational issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Your profile:
- Experience the logistics industry, operational data & reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and transport management systems
- Structured and independent working style, including when working from home
- Assertiveness, team spirit and enthusiasm
- Very good written and spoken Spanish and English
- High level of commitment, dedication and resilience
