Amazon Shipping Spain is just three years old — still a young, fast-moving organization with a startup mentality. You won't join a fully built machine — you'll help shape what it becomes.
You'll be the engine of our top-of-funnel sales efforts: prospecting new customers, generating qualified leads, and creating opportunities for the Business Development team to close. You'll conduct outreach, run discovery meetings, and guide shippers through the registration process. The market insights you gather will directly influence how we improve the product and reach new customers.
What you'll get
- A launchpad into B2B sales within one of the world's most customer-centric companies.
- Direct mentorship from experienced Business Development Managers.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance) from day one.
- Real development opportunities within Amazon Shipping — as the business grows, so do the roles and the paths available to you.
You'll thrive here if:
- You're hungry to learn and not afraid of picking up the phone.
- You're a self-starter — organized, persistent, and energized by hitting targets.
- You're curious about logistics, e-commerce, and how businesses ship at scale.
- You communicate clearly and confidently — in Spanish and English.
- You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly.
- You take initiative and innovate rather than waiting to be told what to do.
