Gold Arthur is a growing precious metals business focused on providing customers with a transparent, professional, and trusted gold buying experience. We work with individuals looking to sell gold jewellery, coins, watches, and other valuables in a secure and customer-focused environment.
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Gold Buyer to join our team in Spain.
The Role:
As a Gold Buyer, you will meet customers face-to-face, evaluate precious metal items, explain pricing clearly, and negotiate purchases professionally and fairly. This is a sales and customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence handling high-value transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate gold, jewellery, watches, coins, and precious metal items
* Test and assess authenticity and purity of gold products
* Negotiate purchases with customers professionally and ethically
* Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with clients
* Maintain accurate records of purchases and transactions
* Monitor precious metal market prices and trends
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and security standards
* Support store operations and contribute to sales targets
Requirements:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with confidence working toward targets
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Comfortable handling valuable items
* Fluent in English
* Clean driving license (van driver)
* Additional European languages are a plus
