Marketing Campaign Manager - Supply Chain/Manufacturing
Scope:
The successful candidate will have experience creating impactful campaign strategies, an understanding of target markets and customers, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and channel strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, field marketing, and creative to plan and execute globally defined campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on supply chain management SaaS software, aligned with the company’s overall growth strategy, by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including global marketing, product marketing, business development, sales, creative resources, and others.
Determine optimal audience targets and channel mix, including content marketing, webinars, direct mail, organic and paid social media, email drips/nurtures and other relevant media channels, to achieve campaign and business goals.
Drive go-to-market initiatives from start to finish, adapting strategies to support regional needs, while ensuring programs are executed on time, on-brand. Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to drive competitive differentiation in the assigned market.
Manage campaign budget, ensuring each tactic is delivered on time and within budget.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and deliver ROI to meet pipeline and bookings targets.
Work closely with internal teams to effectively share messaging and ensure follow-up to optimize marketing program adoption and results.
Support the wider Grocery Field Marketing team for delivery of other projects, such as ABM programs and events.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy and digital marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing.
Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs
Prior experience working closely with sales, business development, product marketing, creative and other key stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, managing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross-functional teams across regions.
Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Strong organizational and project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team and agencies to translate the vision into a creative concept
Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Salesloft, etc.
