Job Description
For our facilities located in Getxo (Vizcaya), we are seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team. As part of the Operations team and reporting to Operations Director, the Junior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:
Commissioning and start up of new equipment engineered by Veolia Systems.
The Field Service Engineer works closely with other working groups within Veolia Water Technologies during the design, engineering, construction, and startup of new or modified equipment to assure our installations meet the needs of our customers.
In addition, the field service engineer will be involved in troubleshooting and inspecting existing equipment, conducting on-site training with operating, maintenance, and management personnel, and evaluating existing evaporator and crystallizer systems for increasing capacity and reliability.
Qualifications
Do you have an educational background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with around 2 years experience in Engineering Projects.
Do you have a high level of English and Spanish?
Are you available to travel internationally for long periods of time (3-4 weeks per travel, and around 5 months out per year)?
