The Product Manager for the SIDRA Inventory Tools team is responsible for facilitating delivery, enabling team performance, and ensuring the execution of SIDRA’s roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders such as Quality Control and SI Configuration, Sourcing, IT, and other Commercial Optimization teams.
The role ensures high‑quality delivery flow, transparency, prioritization, and cross‑team alignment, while supporting the Head of Inventory Tools in governance, capacity planning, and dependency management.
This role plays a critical part in delivering inventory data accuracy, automation capabilities, and platform enhancements, directly impacting availability quality, partner performance, and commercial value
Position Responsibilities

Delivery & Scrum Facilitation

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, Grooming) ensuring effectiveness and focus.

Maintain a healthy and predictable delivery flow using Jira as the execution source of truth.

Coaching the team in agile practices promoting continuous improvement and autonomy.

Roadmap & Governance
-
Support the Head of Inventory Tools in maintaining the roadmap, aligning delivery items with business priorities.

Ensure roadmap items are categorized (Committed / In Progress / Exploratory) and updated based on Jira insights.

Prepare governance artefacts (Excel roadmap backend, think‑cell updates, Quarterly increments).

Create, review, and maintain quality tickets (clear, well-defined, prioritized)

Dependency & Stakeholder Management

Identify, track, and escalate dependencies with key stakeholders.

Facilitate alignment sessions and ensure required inputs (rules, thresholds, acceptance criteria) are provided.

Ensure demo outcomes, validations, and decisions are captured and communicated.

Team Enablement & Culture

Remove blockers, protect the team from external noise, and foster a culture of collaboration.

Promote data transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement in operational and technical practices.

Advanced experience working with Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.

Ability to interpret delivery metrics (flow, cycle time, throughput) and build Excel-based governance models.

Familiarity with software delivery, APIs, and Snowflake-based reporting flows (not as developer but as governance facilitator).

Understanding of integration concepts, inventory systems, and hotel supply dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is an advantage.
Subject matter experience

Experience in agile delivery in a B2B or API/integration-heavy environment.

Exposure to data quality, validation workflows, or rule-based systems (ideal for QC and SIC interactions).
