Job Description
General Manager Rubber (m/f/d) – Friction & Rubber Group
Your role
As General Manager Rubber, you have full P&L responsibility for the Rubber activity within the Friction & Rubber Product Line covering activities in Europe, America and Asia.
You drive profitable growth, ensure strong customer focus and lead the strategic development of the Rubber activity across regions.
You are accountable for the operational and financial performance of the Rubber business and hold responsibility for Sales Friction in Europe, CIS and North Africa to build a cohesive and high performing salesforce.
Your responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility for the Rubber activity

Define and execute the Rubber business strategy, including growth and synergy initiatives

Responsibility for Sales Friction in Europe, CIS and North Africa

Lead and coordinate international sites and cross‑functional teams

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory standards

Drive operational excellence, productivity and cost competitiveness

Strengthen customer relationships and support key accounts in the region

Lead, develop and engage leadership teams within the Rubber organization
Qualifications
Your profile
-
Degree in Engineering, Business or a comparable field
-
Senior leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Proven track record in P&L management and sales responsibility

Strong strategic and commercial mindset combined with operational execution

Experience in international, multi‑site organizations

Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills

Fluent Spanish and English required
