We are looking for a Junior Mobility Account Executive to support our English-speaking market in Spain. This role combines partnerships and client management within the fields of legal and immigration services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new B2B commercial opportunities and actively source high-quality leads.
- Explore strategic relationships with collaborators and agencies in the professional ecosystem in Spain.
- Represent the company and network actively within online communities and digital environments.
Operations & Client Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout the immigration process.
- Prepare and review immigration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.
- Assist potential clients through their early onboarding stages, mapping out their ideal visa pathways.
- Collaborate closely with lawyers and other professionals, translating their advice to clients when necessary.
- Maintain strong, long-term trust and follow-ups with active clients and ecosystem partners.
Market Presence & Marketing
- Participate in marketing initiatives (such as educational content and videos) and act as the main representative for the English-speaking market.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native or near-native English Level (required)
- Advanced Spanish Level (required)
- Interest in laws, business, or regulatory topics
Experience
- 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer support or business development
- Experience in partnerships or channel building is highly valued
- Experience working with international clients or expat communities is a strong plus
