Position Overview
They are looking to hire an Application Engineer with an interest in technology applied to agricultural machinery and automation.
The selected person will play a key role in the validation, deployment and evolution of MULA solutions, working closely with the product, field operations and end users.
This is an ideal position for profiles who enjoy combining technology, product, operations and direct customer interaction within a dynamic environment with strong learning and growth potential.
Profile required
- Technical background and/or knowledge in:
- Agricultural, mechanical, electronic, mechatronics engineering or similar.
- Technology and agricultural machinery.
- High level of Spanish and English.
- Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented person with strong adaptability.
- Interest in technological innovation and the agricultural sector.
- Availability and willingness to travel and work in different environments.
- Ability to operate in changing and multidisciplinary contexts.
- Basic knowledge of digital environments and technological tools.
Especially valued
- Previous experience in agricultural machinery, automation or technical support.
- Knowledge related to robotics, autonomous systems or sensors.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, technical software or telemetry.
- Experience working directly in the field or with customers.

Funciones y responsabilidades:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute product validation and application activities in the field.
- Manage technical demonstrations and product activities with customers, partners and end users.
- Supervise the commissioning, configuration and operational monitoring of autonomous platforms and advanced agricultural machinery.
- Act as a technical reference in field activities and product support.
- Identify incidents, analyse operational needs and propose agile and efficient solutions.
- Collect and structure technical and operational feedback for integration into product improvement processes.
- Coordinate technical activities related to trials, validations and international deployments.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the product, user experience and operational processes.
- Represent MULA in technical activities, demonstrations and industry events.
- Travel regularly to carry out product, support and validation activities in different markets and agricultural environments.

Otra información:
La posición tiene 100% teletrabajo. Orientada a cubrir la zona centro-sur de España por lo que se valoran perfiles en esas zonas. No se valoran perfiles del norte de España. Ciudades como Albacete, Cuenca, Ciudad Real, Córdoba, Sevilla o cualquier otra ubicación que facilite la cobertura de la zona asignada.
Se trata de un perfil con presencia en eventos, ferias, demo en campo a clientes, etc... por lo que se requiere movilidad en la zona geográfica indicada. En la oferta se indica Madrid, pero la zona geográfica es la indicada en esta información.
Jornada de 7 a 15 horas
Sueldo: 37.300,00€ al año
